Palworld is known for its large number of little monsters to capture, 139 to be exact. Each of them has a different strategy to make it easier to capture them and they can be found in different places on the map, some of them even hidden. Today, however, we're not going to talk about how to find and obtain a normal pal that you find in your Paldex, but about how to capture bosses in Palworld.
If you're already an experienced player, you're probably wondering how this is possible, given that during boss fights the chances of capturing one of them is 0 according to the game itself. So, we're going to explain to you how players from all over the world are doing it and also give you a step-by-step guide to capturing bosses in Palworld.
Preparing to Capture the Bosses
Before learning how to capture bosses in Palworld step by step, you should prepare yourself for confronting the boss so that you don't fall too quickly. To do this, you should try to wear armor during the battle, but don't rack your brains looking for the best possible armor, because if you follow the steps below, you won't need it.
As a precaution, take your best pals with you into combat, just in case. The ideal monster for each boss will vary from tower to tower. For example, in the case of Zoe and Grizzbolt, try to take pals with ground attacksince the boss is electric. Now let's move on to the tutorial for capturing all the bosses in Palworld.
How to capture bosses in palworld
First of all, you need to know that the following method of how to capture bosses in Palworld works through a glitch, which means it's not in the game on purpose and will probably be fixed in a future update, making it impossible for the following step-by-step to work. However, as of the time this article was published, the following tutorial still works.
The first thing you need to do is decide which boss you're going to capture first, then memorize the position of the teleport closest to that boss on the map. Next, go to a village and attack one of the guards, this will make the guards follow you, even using the teleport. Now go to the tower where the boss is located (at the end of this article you'll find the location of all 5 towers) and enter it.
If you've done everything correctly, the village guards should have entered the tower with you, attacking you during the boss fight. Position yourself so that the boss is between you and one of the guards and wait until he attacks the pal. The moment this happens, for some reason, the boss will become capturable. Throw a Pal Sphere at him and that's it, this boss is yours!
Now that you know how to capture bosses in Palworld, you'll realize that this variation of the monster doesn't appear in your Paldex, but can be used at will in battles or at your base. The boss's stats will be limited by its level, minus its total life. In the case of Zoe and Grizzbolt, their total life is 30550, and the Pal with the most life you can have doesn't even reach 9000 at maximum level. The presence of the boss on your team will make your experience of the game much easier, but you may end up having more fun.
Palworld Tower Boss Locations
The 5 towers that exist on the Palworld map have bosses with different levels, making some more difficult than others. The easiest of them all is undoubtedly the Rayne Syndicate Tower, where you'll find Zoe and Grizzbolt. It is located in the south/central part of the map, at coordinates 111, -432.
After this tower, the lowest level towers are, in ascending order: The Pal Free Alliance Tower (182, 30), Eternal Pyre Tower (-584, -514), PIDF Tower(558, 338) and the PAL Genetic Research Unit Tower (-150, 440). You can capture the boss of all these towers using the tutorial above.
