How to Recover Deleted Photos from the Recycle Bin the Right Way!

Recover deleted photos from your computer

First locate the recycle garbage can on your computer, then find the images you want to recover. Right-click on the image or drag it to an existing folder on your computer. Wait a few seconds and check that your files have been restored correctly.

2. Using external software

If the previous method didn't work, all is not lost. You can recover files from your computer with the help of applications to recover deleted photos. We recommend Disk Drill, which is free and can recover up to 500 mb of files. 

Before moving on to the step-by-step process, the platform recommends that you restore these files to another storage source, such as a USB stick or another SSD/HD. This helps Disk Drill to work.

If you've made a mistake on your phone and are looking for an app to recover deleted photos from your gallery, you've come to the right place. Let's first talk about the possibilities for Android phones and then for iPhones. 

1. Google Photos

This is the easiest way to recover deleted photos from your Android phone's trash. If your image was deleted less than 60 days ago, you can still find it in the Google Photos trash. This method won't work if you've already emptied the Google Photos trash. Google Photos

First you need to open the Google Photos app on your Android device. In the top left-hand corner of your screen, click on Menu and then waste garbage can. Click and hold the image you want to recover, then click Restore at the bottom of your screen. Pretty easy, right? Remember that this method only works for images deleted less than 60 days ago, so if you didn't find the image you were looking for, that might be the reason.

2. DiskDigger photo restoration application

If the above method didn't work, don't worry, it's still possible to recover your images. There are several apps on the Play Store to recover your deleted photos, but here we'll talk about DiskDigger. Before we go into the step-by-step process, it's important to note that a complete scan is only possible on an Android with root.

Recover deleted photos from iOS phone

If you need to recover deleted photos from your iPhone's recycle garbage can, the process can be much easier than the others above or a little more difficult, as you may need a computer.

When you delete a photo from your iPhone's gallery, it is immediately sent to the "deleted" folder in your phone's gallery. For the next 30 days you can go into the folder and recover the photos and videos you deleted. 

First open the application Photosthen in the written part Other albums, look for the folder Deleted. From here it is very simple, find the image you want to restore and click on Recoverjust above Delete (Be careful not to accidentally click on the wrong option). 2. Using file recovery applications

Whether you have a Windows computer or a Mac, the applications and steps to follow will be different. 

Recover deleted photos on iPhone using a Mac

If you have a Mac, the best application for recovering deleted photos from the trash is undoubtedly Disk Drill. The step-by-step process is simple. To connect your iPhone to your computer, you can use the charging cable on the device itself. The original cable, which came in the box with your iPhone, works best.

Download Disk Drill and install it, then connect your phone to your Mac. Now open Disk Drill and choose your iPhone from the list of storage sources. Click on Search for lost data and choose the images you want to restore and select the Recover button at the bottom right of your screen.

Recover deleted photos on iPhone via Windows

The application for recovering deleted photos from the Recycle Bin that we recommend if you have an iPhone and a computer with the Windows operating system is Enigma Recovery. Although compatibility with Windows and IOS systems is not the best, this program can recover deleted photos from the Recycle Bin without any problems.

First download and install Enigma Recovery on your computer, then connect your phone to your PC. Choose whether you want to recover from your phone's internal storage, iCloud or iTunes. Then select the type of file you want to recover and click on Start Scan. Search for the files you want to recover and click Recover.

The best way to avoid having to worry about recovering deleted photos from the Recycle Bin is to back up your system as often as possible. On your computer, you can do this by backing up Microsoft's OneDrive. If you have a Microsoft account, you are entitled to store up to 5 GB of files in your OneDrive. 

On cell phones it's even simpler. On Android, your photos are saved in Google Photos and practically all the other settings on your phone are also saved in your Google account. On the iPhone you can activate iCloud backup in your device's settings, this way your device will automatically back up every day when it is charging, locked and connected to a WI-FI network.
